Hello from me :)
When I became a qualified nutrition & diet advisor it wasn’t long before I decided to start out on my own. In my 30s I signed up to a PT for 6 weeks to get back on track after having my twins, but I always felt if I had the basic knowledge I could do it myself.
Although my guides can be self led, asa Nutrition & Diet Advisor, I’m here to support you with 1:1 sessions whenever you need a little extra guidance along the way.
